How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website. Or, you may call customer service toll-free at (800) 546-0074 x101 to place your order over the phone.
 
Can I ship my order to an address that is not my billing address?
Yes, you can enter a different address for shipping and billing during checkout. No more than one shipping address can be entered per shopping cart.
 
The item(s) I am purchasing is a gift. How can I include a gift message?
All orders that have a different shipping address than the billing address will automatically receive a packing slip/gift receipt included in the box. We can include a personalized gift message on this packing slip. Just enter your message during checkout when placing your order.
 
Do you offer gift wrap?
We are pleased to offer our signature gift wrap for certain products for an additional $5 per order. We can also include a personalized gift message. Please contact customer service to confirm if your order can be gift wrapped. 
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. Unfortunately, personal checks, cashier checks and money orders cannot be accepted at this time.
 
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of Texas. However, Lollipop Kisses is required by state law to collect an 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Texas address.
 
How are Shipping Charges calculated?
Shipping is based on the total dollar amount of items placed in your shopping cart. The shipping rates shown below represent orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States via standard ground delivery. All orders will arrive via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (tracking information is provided for all orders.)

Hawaii & Alaska: Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will arrive via FedEx Ground - standard shipping rates will apply.
 
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you are interested in 2nd day air or overnight shipping, please contact customer service and we will do our best to accommodate your request. This option may not be available for all products.
 
Do you ship to an AFO/APO address?
Most items are available to ship to an APO/FPO address. Please contact customer service for a price quote and for instructions on how to place your order.
 
Do you ship internationally?
We are sorry, but at this time we only ship to addresses within the United States. 
 
Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders totaling $99.00 or more. This only pertains to items sent via ground shipping to an address within the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and certain APO/FPO addresses). If you have a Free Shipping coupon code, your shipping total will be subtracted from your shopping cart on your order summary page before completing checkout.
 
Can I enter my credit card information securely?
We understand your concerns regarding shopping on the internet and providing your credit card information. Our customers' protection and privacy is a top priority for us. As a result, we have partnered with one of the leading online merchant processing vendors to maintain the payment process. All credit card and personal information provided to us is securely transmitted via industry standard SSL encryption. Our site is also tested on a daily basis to ensure that personal information is kept private and safe.  Please note that we will not sell or submit any of your information to any outside third party.
When will my order ship?
Typical ship times for our products can be found on each product's information page. Please note that custom ordered items may arrive directly from the vendor/artist. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for ground delivery of your order. If you desire for an item(s) to arrive by a specific date, please contact customer service for shipping/order information. An additional "rush fee" may apply.
 
How can I return my order?
We strive to provide our customers with a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalized purchase, please contact our customer service group at 800.546.0074 and someone will gladly assist you. All requests must be made within fourteen 14 days upon delivery of your order. Returns for items received after 14 days are allowed only if the item(s) is/are defective. All items returned must be unused, in the original packaging and with all original tags attached. Any item(s) returned dirty, washed or used will not be accepted.
 
Please note that refunds can be given in the original form of tender paid, exchanged for a different item within our store or issued as store credit. All return shipping costs (as well as the original shipping charge incurred when you placed your order) will not be reimbursed, unless the item(s) being returned were received damaged or defective. 
 
Can I return an item(s) that was custom painted or personalized?
Unfortunately, all items that are ordered personalized and/or hand-painted cannot be returned to our store unless they arrive damaged or defective. If an item was ordered with the correct information, but was received with a misspelling or misinformation, please let us know promptly so that we can have a replacement issued to you right away.
 
We make every effort to provide our customers with enlarged and detailed pictures of each item (that are true to actual color) so that you can select the most appropriate styles to match your décor and specific needs. As a result, we are not responsible for differences in color shown online or in print. Please double check all specifications (including color selection, spelling, quantity and design) before finalizing your order. We encourage you to contact us via phone or e-mail with any questions or concerns before placing your order. We are happy to help any way we can!
 
 
Can I return an item that was on sale?
Unfortunately, all sale items are considered final sale and not eligible for a return, unless it is received damaged or defective. This information is also listed on the product's information page.
 
How can I ship my return back to you?
You can either ship the return(s) back to us using the carrier of your choice (ex: USPS Priority Mail), or use our pre-paid FedEx Return Label which has a flat-rate cost of $15.00. Please contact customer service at 800.546.0074 if you would like to use our pre-paid Return Label so that we can get one issued to you via email. Please note that all return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item(s) being returned were received damaged or defective.
 
All returns or adjustments will be processed once we receive your package. Lollipop Kisses reserves the right to reject any return if we suspect that the item has been used or purposefully damaged in any way.
 
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Because we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it is placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service within 1 business day of placing your order. We will use our best efforts to cancel your order. Please note that it may not be possible to cancel some custom made items once the order is placed because the artist/manufacturer may have already started to process the order. If this occurs, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. A nominal cancellation fee may apply depending on the vendor and situation. If your order has already been shipped, please review our return policy.
 
Are you currently looking for new artists and vendors?
Yes! If you would like to contact us regarding your designs, send an email to info[@]lollipopkisses.com. Please include as much information as possible about you and your work including detailed images of your designs and prices. If you would like to send us hard copy samples, please mail them to address below. Please note that samples will not be returned.
